Pacific Aero Tech has been dedicated to repairing and servicing aircraft windows, avionics and instruments since 1987. We are certified as a repair station by the Federal Aviation Administration and the European Aviation Safety Authority.

Pacific Aero Tech is the world’s largest independent MRO focused on the repair, overhaul and replacement of flight deck windows for commercial and military aircraft.  Our services include providing Component Maintenance Manual – level repairs on both window frames and transparencies, along with the sale or exchange of new transparencies.

In addition to CMM level repairs, PAT has made significant investments in developing FAA-approved specialized repair procedures that enable the company to offer repairs on the transparency itself.   We are the only independent repair facility to offer these types of repairs, having returned over 1,500 cockpit windows to service since 2012.  For most of our repairs, we will match the OEM warranty which provides our customers a significant cost savings from New while delivering similar or better mean time between replacement performance.

With a primary focus on cockpit windows for over 30 years, our staff of technicians have developed industry-best knowledge and experience on all varieties of aircraft platforms, leading to our status as Subject Matter Experts for cockpit windows. We have proudly served as Aviall’s warranty repair center since 2009 and have won the coveted Aviall Supplier Excellence Award each of the last 7 years.

Boeing instituted the Supplier of the Year award in 2001 to reward suppliers and service providers for exceptional performance. In 2003 winners were selected from a field of 10,600 companies in 66 countries. There were a total of 13 winners from 3 countries.

The Boeing Company has named Pacific Aero Tech, Kent 2003 Supplier of the Year in the Aerospace Support category. Pacific Aero Tech (PAT) is an FAA/EASA/CAAC approved repair station with specialization in the areas of avionics, windows, hoist equipment and passenger service units. The company was founded in 1987 and has been a Boeing supplier and licensee since its inception. Services provided to Boeing by PAT include technical support and repairs for Gables Engineering parts and a comprehensive window maintenance program.

A 20-employee company that began in 1993 with four employees, Pacific Aero Tech Inc. has perfect quality and delivery records. They provide post-warranty repairs and overhauls of windows and windshield assemblies for all Boeing commercial airplane models, stripping, re-anodizing and curing frames, installing new windows, and curing window sealants.
