Performs overhaul and production work on aircraft windows and related components. Uses air tools and precision measuring equipment to drill, grind, and finish metal parts. Interprets technical drawings to ensure accuracy and quality. Maintains a clean, safe workspace and follows all procedures while contributing effectively in a team environment. Maintain work documentation, repair logs, inspection forms, and digital entries using internal software and ERP systems.
Must comply with company and federal Drug-Free workplace Policies and safety programs.

Responsible for the oversight, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s training program and safety management system (SMS), including ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Aids in driving measurable improvements in workforce competency, process adherence, safety culture, and operational performance. Maintain and control the Master Course List ensuring all approved courses and instructors are current in their training. Create new on job training (OJT) and regulatory training courses as changes occur (e.g., manual revisions, process/tool changes, expanded capabilities, etc.). Collaborate with production leadership to prevent skill gaps and minimize operational disruption.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Safety, Education, Business, or related filed (or equivalent experience). Five years in an FAA-regulated environment strongly preferred.

Support the flow of materials throughout the facility by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and collaborating with both production and customer service teams. Track, coordinate, and document receipt of goods ensuring proper handling, storage, and traceability. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift and pallet jack, while maintaining highest safety standards. Maintain compliance with all internal processes and external regulations, including shipping, hazardous material handling, and export compliance requirements. Performs routine inventory counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.

This position owns component designs, drives R&D experimentation, authors deliverable qualification reports and test reports, and delivers compliant engineering data packages that enable Pacific Aero Tech to efficiently scale new programs. This role requires strong initiative and autonomy, familiarity with a controlled product environment, regulatory understanding and fluency, hands-on experimentation capability, and the ability to work in cross functional teams to drive program milestones.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited) and 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience in regulated industry (aerospace, medical, etc.).
