In Their Leadership Roles
Amoldeep Jaggi oversees operations, driving efficiency, quality, and execution across the organization. Since joining Pacific Aero Tech in 2025, he has doubled production throughput, improved quality metrics, expanded production capacity, grown the team from 70 to 140 employees, added a third shift, and implemented operational efficiencies that have strengthened the company's ability to support growing customer demand.
Brad Shank was recently promoted to Vice President of Finance, reflecting Pacific Aero Tech's commitment to developing and advancing internal talent. In his role, he leads financial planning and strategy, human resources, and production planning, helping ensure sustainable growth and supporting the company's longterm investment objectives.
Daniel Schaffer leads Pacific Aero Tech’s sales and business development organization, focused on strengthening customer partnerships, expanding market presence, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the company's long-term growth strategy.
