Pacific Aero Tech is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Schaffer as Vice President of Sales.
Daniel brings more than 18 years of aerospace, engineering, and sales leadership experience, along with a proven track record of driving growth, developing high-performing teams, and building lasting customer partnerships. His diverse background spans military aviation, aerospace engineering, key account management, and executive leadership, making him a valuable addition to Pacific Aero Tech's leadership team.
Most recently, Daniel served as Director of the Aerospace Division for North America at Desoutter Industrial Tools, where he led strategic growth initiatives across the aerospace sector and managed one of the company's most significant global customer relationships. During his tenure, the aerospace division achieved substantial growth while expanding its support of major aerospace manufacturers, defense contractors, and industry-leading organizations.
A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a degree in Electrical Systems Engineering, Daniel also served in the United States Air Force, supporting advanced aerospace programs and overseeing complex engineering and operational initiatives around the world.
In his role as Vice President of Sales, Daniel will oversee Pacific Aero Tech's sales and business development organization, working closely with Joedi Griffith, Director of Business Development, to strengthen customer partnerships, support strategic growth initiatives, and enhance the overall customer experience. Together, they will focus on expanding opportunities across commercial, cargo, military, and government aviation markets while continuing to deliver the responsiveness and service for which Pacific Aero Tech is known.
